By placing an order through Twadestore, you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic United States country.

ORDER CANCEL POLICY

In case you want to cancel the after placing the order, you must reply to our order confirmation email or directly send a request to support@twadestore.com WITHIN 4 HOURS from the purchase. In this case, you will be refunded 70% total purchase value.
Please understand that the window of time for cancellations or changes is very short due to our automated, real time order fulfillment processes.
Therefore, if your order has already been placed for over 4 hours or in “processing”, “shipped” status, we won’t be able to cancel the order.

A. 10-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at Email: support@twadestore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

– If For Defective Products and This happens when the product is wrong, damaged by the carrier or otherwise defective, the customer will have to pay as follows: Actual cost of shipping the returned item and the customer communicates and works with the carrier himself

In case the customer is not satisfied: This case occurs when the customer buys the wrong product, the product is not suitable or the customer does not like the item anymore, the customer must pay the actual cost to ship the goods. Returns and goods are only accepted in the original condition with the manufacturer’s label.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Cases of goods being exchanged with Twadestore Store

– Not the right type, model as you ordered.

– Not enough quantity, not enough set as in the order.

– Wrong description on product specification website at Twadestore.com

When you receive the goods, please check the goods and sign to confirm the status with the delivery staff immediately upon receiving the goods to serve as a basis for other complaints about the problem of exchange and return. If you discover one of the above cases, you can directly talk to the delivery staff and respond to us (Twadestore Store) within 10 days from the delivery date.

D. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Email: support@twadestore.com.

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

REFUND POLICY

Twadestore only accepts refunds for customers in the following cases!

– The delivered goods do not match the description of product information on the website of Twadestore Store

– Defective goods distributed by the manufacturer

– Item is deformed due to shipping delivery

– The goods are opened and viewed but not more than 10 days from the delivery date. Peel off the warranty paper of Twadestore Store

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We will give all refunds of your receipt (Transaction Fee + Shipping Fee)

Time for the buyer to get a refund from the time of exchange

Refunds are only available from the date of receipt of the claim within 14 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday and are eligible for a refund according to Twadestore Store’s regulations on return and refund conditions.
